Highlights
- 12.6 mil SP in Gunnery, with perfect support skills and near perfect specialization skills for Small, Medium and Large Projectiles.
- 16.9 mil SP in Spaceship Command, with notable skills such as BC 5, HAC 5, Recon 5, HIC 4, CS 4 (near 5), Transport Ships 4, Marauders and Minmatar Freighter (albeit almost untrained).
- Very capable HAC and Recon pilot, with enough skills to fly the Muninn, Vagabond, Huginn, Rapier, Curse and Pilgrim very well. Currently training missile support skills to complement the Sacrilege.
- Almost no cross training to speak of. Only 1.4 mil SP was spent to fly the Amarr T2 cruisers.
- Good support skills in the form of Electronics, Engineering and Drones.
- Almost no wasted skill points: Trade, Social and Industry combined together add up to less than 1.3 mil SP. And for the subcap lovers, there are no capital skills to speak of.

While yes, I would consider a trade, it would have to be with a very specific character, one I'm not likely to find here, especially one willing to trade. As you might have guessed, your character isn't what I'm looking for. Either way, it's a nice character and thanks for the offer.
As a side note, Minataur Dragon has enough standings to run Level 4 missions for Caldari Navy and the Serpentis Corporation.

I'd also like to add that if you're interested in the Amarr laser boats, it would take 22 days to train Medium Pulse Spec 4, netting you one mean Zealot pilot. If you want Amarr battleships instead, Large Pulse Spec 4 and Amarr BS 4 would take 54 days. To fly the Paladin with the gunnery skills to go, it would take 82 days.

Heh, yeah I noticed that, it's cool. As I don't want to spoil the fun, I rather not state a price, but if your mate really wants it, tell him to make an offer that seems reasonable (or cheap, if you will), and we'll talk from there.
However, I can tell you that the offer that was made and subsequently refused, as stated in this thread, was of 15 bil.

As I'm currently at work (and will be so for the next 10 hours), I can't chat in-game, but I can just run up to my comp, start up the game, send an EVE Mail then log off.
